A job you can enjoy
Finding the right balance between work and lifestyle is important. Apprenticeships often include shifts during days, evenings, and weekends. Consider your home and family commitments to choose a career that maintains a healthy work-life balance. The apprenticeship lasts between 12 and 15 months depending on the level.
No experience is necessary; full on-the-job training will be provided.
You will receive at least 30 hours of paid work per week, 25 days of paid holiday, a 40% discount in our pubs, and high street shopping discounts. You will be paid hourly with a share of tips.

What do we do?
We own beautiful, individual premium pubs across Southern England, located in idyllic settings. We pride ourselves on being the quality local, serving high-quality fresh pub food in a cozy atmosphere. Many of our pubs also offer charming bedrooms. Recently, we launched Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand.
