Upham Inns is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team of premium pubs across Southern England. You will support the Head Chef, lead and develop junior chefs, and ensure dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
With at least 1 year of Sous or junior Sous chef experience, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, manage rosters, order stock and uphold hygiene and safety standards while delivering excellent customer care and a warm, welcoming dining experience.
