  • Breakfast Chef Responsibilities
  • Preparing and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner and using the menu specs provided.
  • Preparing ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.
  • Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Cooks guests' orders according to their preferences
  • Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same
  • Acts with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high-temperature surfaces
  • Coaches other chef's and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best
  • Takes direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team

Our pubs are in idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience.

Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well.

New to our growing family is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year.
