Role Description The Grease Hygiene Operative (GHO) is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for maintaining clean and safe ductwork and ventilation systems. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning grease and contaminants from kitchen extraction and ductwork systems, assisting with ductwork installation and minor repairs, and supporting fire damper inspections and testing as required. The GHO will follow detailed work schedules, use specialist cleaning equipment and chemicals, and complete job reports and checklists to document work carried out.
