Angling Direct is looking for a detail-focused and proactive Warranty Claims Coordinator to join our Warranty & Returns team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident communicating with stores, suppliers, and internal teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed efficiently while delivering excellent service and maintaining accurate records.
What You Will Do:
- Managing and progressing warranty claims through internal systems
- Liaising with stores, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve claims
- Monitoring and progressing open cases to ensure timely resolution
- Following up on outstanding actions and supplier responses
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting reporting and administrative activities within the Warranty & Returns team
- Providing support to the Customer Returns Team as required, helping to ensure the efficient processing of customer returns
- Assisting with continuous improvement of warranty processes

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, warranty or customer service.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlooks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided on Angling Direct's internal systems, warranty processes, and supplier procedures.
