The Role - As Practice Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Practice, colleagues and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied range of administrative tasks to support the Practice and its clients
- Collating and maintaining key information for reports and portfolio reviews
- Handling client and provider enquiries and correspondence
- Liaising with St. James’s Place administration teams and following up with clients to obtain information, applications and supporting documentation
- Managing new business submissions, from submitting applications through to completion
- Providing proactive support to colleagues and helping ensure client requirements are dealt with efficiently and accurately
About You - We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Administrator who takes pride in providing excellent support and going the extra mile for colleagues and clients. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-support role within Financial Services, ideally within an SJP or IFA Practice
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, professional client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, solve problems and think on your feet
- Strong organisation, time-management and planning skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and third parties
- The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- A proactive, positive approach and the willingness to learn and develop
