We’re looking for a Partnership Operations Manager to help deliver high-quality branded content partnerships across our cycling and triathlon channels. This is a hands-on role focused on turning commercial deals into well-executed campaigns - keeping everything on track and ensuring we deliver great work for our partners. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business including commercial, production, creative, social and finance, giving you broad exposure to how a modern media business operates. This is a fixed-term role from July 2026 to August 2027; it would suit someone with 1–3 years’ experience in project management, marketing, media, or client services who enjoys working across multiple projects and teams. We are also able to offer this role as an internship that may suit a graduate or a third year university placement student.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Delivery: Plan and manage the delivery of branded content campaigns from start to finish. Keep timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned. Ensure campaigns go live on time and to a high standard. Manage a calendar of campaigns, launches, and renewals.
- Partner & Client Coordination: Support the management of brand partner relationships. Join client calls and help shape realistic delivery plans. Translate commercial agreements into clear internal briefs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, production, creative, social and finance teams. Ensure everyone has what they need to deliver (assets, timelines, briefs). Keep communication clear and projects moving forward.
- Performance & Insights: Track campaign performance and share key insights. Monitor audience engagement and feedback. Use learnings to improve future campaigns.
- Process & Planning: Help improve internal workflows and project management processes. Support campaign tracking, forecasting, and planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in a relevant role (e.g. project management, marketing, media, client services).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confident communicator, both internally and with clients.
- Comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and project tools (e.g. Trello).
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- Interest in cycling or triathlon.
- Experience in media, content, or partnerships.
