We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Assistant Manager in our Crayford store to help us continue delivering exceptional service and expert advice to our customers.
This position is to work in the store 30 hours per week.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do, they ultimately fuel our business so we must always have them in mind to better understand how to evolve.

Role
The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager with the ‘day to day’ running of the branch.
The Assistant Manager will be a role model of exemplary behaviour and high performance with a real passion for delivering results and driving the business agenda forwards.
The Assistant Manager will be expected to work weekends as this is often the busiest time and will need to be on-hand.

What You Will Do
- Support in developing strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support with store administration and banking ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Work with Store Manager to identify buying trends, customer needs etc.
- Support Store Assistants with training needs and building career paths.
- Deal with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Reviewing sales and stock targets.
- Additional duties as required.
