Supreme Linguistic Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Research Professional to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business research, analysing each client’s business type, supporting client booking coordination, and assigning bookings to the correct linguists based on language, location, availability, and specialisation. This role is central to improving service coverage, supporting business growth, and ensuring high-quality language services for clients nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business research to identify client needs, market trends, and service opportunities.
- Receive booking requests from clients and record requirements accurately.
- Assign bookings to suitable interpreters and translators based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with the management and the team to fill urgent or complex language service requests.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and linguists.
- Assist with reports to identify demand trends and gaps in language coverage.
Skills and Education
- Prior experience in business research methods, operations management, administration, or client service roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- IT proficiency, including CRM systems, MS Office, email, and online research tools.
