About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start a career in customer service, operations, or service coordination within a fast-growing organisation. As a Booking Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring interpreters are allocated efficiently so that vital appointments go ahead as planned. You will receive full training and ongoing support, making this an ideal entry-level role with progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating and booking interpreters for client appointments
- Communicating with clients and interpreters by phone and email
- Ensuring all bookings are covered accurately and on time
- Building professional relationships with clients and linguists
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Handling high volumes of calls and emails professionally
What we’re looking for
- Educated to A-Level or degree level (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service or call-handling experience is beneficial but not essential
