Premium Inboxes is a B2B cold email infrastructure business. We provision Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, configure DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and manage warmup and volume ramps for cold email agencies and outbound teams. We serve 2,500+ customers and built the business almost entirely through word of mouth and affiliates.

Our partnerships channel currently drives multi six figures USD per month off the back of one person. We're hiring to double it.

You'll work alongside our Partnerships Manager as a Partnerships Development Representative. The role exists because the manager is the bottleneck. Your job is to take prospecting, outreach, and day-to-day execution off their plate so they can focus on closing and owning strategic relationships.

A typical week:

  • Building target lists of agencies, SaaS tools, communities, and creators in the cold email and outbound space
  • Running outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn to source new affiliate and partner candidates
  • Owning follow-ups and keeping data clean and current
  • Onboarding new partners and making sure they have the right assets, links, and tracking
  • Pulling partner performance reports, flagging underperformers, and surfacing expansion opportunities
  • Documenting what works so we can keep scaling the function

You'll be measured on partner pipeline created and new revenue activated through the channel.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years in partnerships, BD, affiliate management, or SDR work, ideally at a SaaS company or marketing agency
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tooling (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar) and a CRM (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive)
  • Strong written English and good instincts for partner-facing communication
  • Comfortable with data work: list building, enrichment, deduping, basic reporting
  • Self-starter who can run their own day in a fully remote role
  • Familiarity with the cold email or outbound world (deliverability, sending infrastructure, warmup) is a strong plus
  • Bonus: experience running or scaling an affiliate program
