Job Details:
- 5 days’ work week

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
- Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
- Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/installed with latest security patches/antivirus to prevent security risks
- Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
- Performing and monitoring daily data backup
- Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
- Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
- Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Studies/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field of study
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in networking infrastructures and web architectures
