You’ll be joining our Operations team, a central function at the heart of our business. The Operations department plays a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly day‑to‑day, supporting our people, processes and customers to deliver a high‑quality, efficient service.
The Role
Acting as the trusted operational link between the business and its tax credit brokers and direct tax customers (tax partners), this role focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with our tax partners. You’ll ensure a seamless, high‑quality support experience while overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of all tax‑related transactions.
You will also:
- Act as the dedicated operational contact for assigned partners; levels are consistently met.
- Own and oversee day‑to‑day task management for agreements/applications, triaging and prioritising work to meet agreed timelines, handling non‑standard requests, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams including back of house processing teams, Credit & Risk, Finance, Sales, BI, Learning & Development, and wider operational teams to support needs, manage demand, and deliver reporting, and service improvements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of tax products, company priorities, and regulatory or market changes, confidently representing the business and brand to customers while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to meetings, share insights to improve processes and performance, support partner & customer capability through partner and customer feedback, issues and action management and error analysis, and adapt positively to changing workloads and business needs.
