The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we’re hiring a Partner Learning and Development Manager to help us continue this success. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you’ll lead our Partner Learning and Development team who are central to our success, delivering training and support to our partner community. You’ll collaborate across the business and manage relationships with key stakeholders across our partner network to provide expertise and drive performance. You’re a leader of people, developing and mentoring to enhance performance.
You will:
- Implement the learning and development strategy, ensuring that the team has the skill and capability to deliver results now and in the future
- Manage, plan and deliver training to our Premium Partners
- Manage marketing campaigns to support the L&D and business priorities
- Produce monthly reports on performance, including ROI to demonstrate team performance and activity
- Provide advice, guidance and creative expertise to ensure effective application of learning solutions
- Optimise data and reports to identify partner performance, review team performance and track the impact of training delivered
You’ll need to develop relationships with key stakeholders, sharing strategic updates and insights.

To be successful as our Partner Learning and Development Manager, you’ll already be experienced within Learning & Development delivering large scale programmes and ideally leading a team. It is ideal if you hold a CIPD (or similar) qualification and if you have experience within the insurance sector this would be advantageous. You’ll be willing to travel frequently, supporting strategic partners across the UK and Ireland. You have proven project support skills; planning, prioritising and organising work effectively. You have a natural ability to engage your audience, confidently communicating in written and verbal form. You’re comfortable engaging at all levels of the business and managing expectations. You’re analytical and able to derive insights that will contribute to continuous improvement.
