At Premium Credit, we’re on an ambitious transformation journey – and we’re looking for an experienced TMO Lead to help shape and drive this change. This high‑impact 6‑month Fixed Term Contract role involves setting up and leading a Transformation Management Office (TMO) for one of our most important programmes. You will report directly to the Programme Director – Product Transformation, working closely with the Executive Committee, senior leaders and programme teams to ensure robust governance, clarity, and momentum across the transformation portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and lead the TMO, defining governance frameworks, standards, and controls across the programme
- Partner with the Programme Director to shape and manage the overall programme plan, milestones and critical path
- Own RAAIDD management, ensuring risks, dependencies and decisions are visible, controlled and acted upon
- Build clear, insightful reporting, dashboards and scorecards to track delivery, benefits, KPIs and programme health
- Support programme assurance and continuous improvement, embedding best practice and capturing lessons learned
- Oversee programme‑level communications, producing high‑quality SteerCo, ExCo and Board packs
- Support resource planning and forecasting, providing a forward six‑month view of capacity and demand
- Oversee programme finances, working closely with Finance to provide clear, timely insights
- Propose and own tools and documentation repositories that enable effective delivery across the portfolio
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience in PMO or TMO assurance, programme and portfolio management
- Strong understanding of portfolio management processes, governance and controls
- Excellent analytical, organisational and decision‑making skills
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Confidence producing clear MI, dashboards and executive‑level reporting
- Strong financial awareness, including cost control and financial reporting
- Line management experience
- A proactive, structured and detail‑oriented approach
