  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong brand alignment.
  • Support digital improvements, performance reporting and campaign alignment.
Events
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, awards, hospitality and internal events from planning to on‐site delivery.
  • Manage suppliers, venues, schedules, travel and attendee lists.
  • Support on‐the‐day set‐up, registration, coordination and troubleshooting.
  • Assist post‐event reporting, insights and continuous improvement.
Marketing Support
  • Plan, draft and deliver engaging external newsletters.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather content, updates and inputs.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to keep marketing processes running efficiently.
  • Champion our brand, tone of voice and visual identity across all activity.

Who We Are Looking For

You are organised, collaborative and comfortable juggling competing priorities. You enjoy creating great content, thrive in a fast‐paced environment, and take pride in delivering work that is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand standards. You are a team player who communicates clearly, adapts quickly and takes ownership of your work.

Required

  • Copywriting and content‐creation skills.
  • Experience coordinating events and managing logistics end‐to‐end.
  • Confidence using CMS platforms, CRM systems and social scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Basic design or Canva skills.
  • Experience supporting on‐site event delivery.
  • Ability to analyse social/digital performance and turn insights into recommendations.
  • A curious, test‐and‐learn attitude towards new content formats and tools.
  • An academic qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience within financial services or other regulated industry would be beneficial.
