The Role: This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Team Leader to help us continue this success. Reporting to the Onboarding Support Lead you’ll manage, develop and support a team of Financial Crime Analysts. You’ll ensure that regulatory requirements are met through appropriate processes and procedures, recommending any efficiencies within the processes. You’ll be responsible for the collation and reporting of MI and Statistical Data as well as conducting regular due diligence checks to ensure adherence to procedures.
Your role will also include:
- Support the training of new starters and ongoing development of existing employees
- Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded
- Support the management of the daily workload and provide practical support or input when needed
- Hold regular one to ones, performance reviews and team meetings
- Handle escalations or queries and resolve in line with relevant processes
- Provide and maintain reports and data
