The Role
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Partner Learning and Development Consultant to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for increasing partner performance by driving learning and development activity, delivering training and support to our varied client base. You’ll use data to identify under-performance and deliver off the shelf and tailored training for soft skills as well as the use of PCL technology tools and services.
You will also:
- Manage your own diary to obtain appointments and agree training schedules with partners. You will travel within the region to visit partners 3-4 times per week.
- Design and deliver 1-1 and group training workshops (in-person and online), ensuring that all material are compliance and checked by SME’s regularly. You’ll also review existing training programmes for quality.
- Produce monthly reporting including ROI.
- Manage, implement and track training roll-outs.
- Act as an ambassador for the business, developing relationships with our partners.
- Attend partner networking events.

To be successful as our Partner Learning and Development Consultant you’ll have a training background and be able to work collaboratively with all parts of the business. You will possess:
- Diary management and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple training plans, projects and daily duties at the same time.
- Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders and facilitate a wide variety of audiences.
- It would be ideal if you have insurance knowledge and digital training experience.
