You will take responsibility for gathering data and market intelligence as well as conducting internal and external research, making you a key part of our Brand and Marketing team.

The Role: This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring an Insight Analyst to help us continue this success. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Director, you will manage the internal insight programme and lead on our Annual Partner Survey programme. Your success will be measured by the timely delivery of regular and ad-hoc work as well as the quality of your approach and outputs.
You will also:
- Lead primary and secondary research activity, as well as analyse various data sets
- Communicate insights in an engaging manner, recommending ways of working that will improve outcomes
- Deliver regular reporting requirements
- Lead the Annual Partner Survey programme
- Manage the internal insights programme
- Deliver the insights strategy, strategic priorities, deliverables and individual goals

You are:
- Highly competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint to create engaging content that will demonstrate your insights and provide clear recommendations
- Able to create accurate and timely reporting
- Highly organised and able to work at pace, managing multiple projects
- Experienced in developing effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in data management
It would be ideal if you have previous experience of creating and managing insight programmes, and market and desk research programmes. Knowledge of creating PowerBI reports and SQL is also highly desirable.
