This is an exciting opportunity to join our Insurance Services team as a Trading Partnership Manager, where you’ll play a key role in developing strong partner relationships, driving trading performance and helping deliver seamless customer experiences.

The role As a Trading Partnership Manager, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day trading relationships with our partners, working closely with internal stakeholders and partner trading teams to increase penetration of premium finance.
You’ll be responsible for building trusted relationships, understanding partner needs, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring we deliver on agreed monthly and annual trading budgets.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for partners and internal teams, helping to turn insight, data and commercial plans into meaningful action.
What you’ll be doing Develop and maintain strong trading relationships with key partners.
Lead trading activity across both renewal and new business opportunities.
Manage partner interactions and meetings, using our Partner Relationship Manager framework.
Act as a key escalation point between partners and internal operational teams.
Lead the onboarding and implementation of newly acquired partners through to launch.
Support the renewal of trading contracts with existing partners.
Deliver against agreed monthly and annual trading budgets.
Produce accurate trading forecasts, reporting and MI.
