We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and competitive insurance options to a broad range of motorists.
This is a full-time permanent role of Renewal Specialist based in Wolverhampton. The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for driving customer retention by managing policy renewals, via the telephone and the renewals portal, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include:
- Explaining policy options
- Handling renewals to meet retention targets
- Providing clear and professional communication to resolve queries and changes effectively
Hours of Work:
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:00pm
- Week 2 - Monday 10:30am-18:00pm, Tuesday to Friday 11:00am-18:00pm
- Plus alternate Saturdays 09:00am-13:00pm (remote)
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Customer Retention and driving Customer Satisfaction through effective service and professional interaction
- Strong skills in Renewals management and the ability to execute renewal processes efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to build rapport, explain insurance solutions, and resolve client inquiries
- Prior experience in the insurance or customer service industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently
