We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Renewal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in retaining customers and driving business performance, managing policy renewals through both telephone conversations and our renewals portal. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, guide them through their options, and help them make informed decisions, all while delivering a high-quality, professional experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer renewals to maximise retention
- Speaking with customers over the phone and via digital channels
- Explaining policy options clearly and confidently
- Handling queries, changes, and objections effectively
- Delivering excellent service while meeting performance targets
Hours of Work:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:00pm
Week 2 - Monday 10:30am-18:00pm, Tuesday to Friday 11:00am-18:00pm
Plus alternate Saturdays 09:00am-13:00pm (remote)
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Customer Retention and driving Customer Satisfaction through effective service and professional interaction
- Strong skills in Renewals management and the ability to execute renewal processes efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to build rapport, explain insurance solutions, and resolve client inquiries
- Prior experience in the insurance or customer service industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently.
