Are you a confident and knowledgeable clinician who thrives on developing others? Do you take pride in leading, training, and empowering teams to deliver the highest standards of complex care?

Premium Care Solutions is expanding our clinical leadership team. We’re seeking a Clinical Care Manager with the clinical expertise, confidence, and communication skills to lead, train, and support our workforce while managing complex client care packages.

About Us

Premium Care Solutions Ltd is a CQC-registered specialist complex care provider. We support adults and children nationwide with life-changing conditions — including spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, motor neurone disease, tracheostomy and ventilator support — helping them live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional, person-centred care through strong clinical leadership, skilled workforce development, and confident problem-solving.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position combining clinical leadership, workforce training, and client care management. You will:

  • Lead on clinical excellence and governance ensuring our care teams deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant care.
  • Deliver specialist clinical training across our workforce, developing skills in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, bowel care and complex medication administration.
  • Assess and sign off staff competencies regularly, ensuring each team member maintains the highest standards of clinical practice.
  • Coach, mentor, and support care teams to grow in confidence and capability.
  • Problem-solve and adapt quickly to meet the unique and changing needs of clients, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, providing clinical support and guidance out of hours when required.

This is a full-time, hybrid role offering flexibility — you’ll work from home and in the field, with travel, varied hours, and occasional overnight stays as required. However, we are a family friendly business who believe in the well-being of our workforce.

About You

You’re an experienced and confident clinician who enjoys leading and developing others. You bring not just clinical skill, but the authority, empathy, and communication ability to inspire and guide care teams. You’re joining our team at a time of elevation and improvement, and we are seeking individuals who have a genuine desire to improve and shape home care as we know it. We are an improvement driven organisation and welcome those with vision, tenacity and drive.

You will also bring:

  • Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse)
  • Strong knowledge of complex clinical care (tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injury, etc.)
  • Proven ability to train staff, assess competencies, and support workforce development
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent clinical judgement, organisation, and communication skills
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Experience in clinical care management or training is highly desirable, but we offer comprehensive development and peer support for the right candidate.
  • An Enhanced DBS will be required (advantageous if registered on the update service).

Why Join Us?

  • Shape and influence care quality across a national client base
  • Lead training and competency development to raise clinical standards
  • Work flexibly while making a tangible impact in clients’ lives
  • Join a supportive, forward-thinking clinical team that values leadership and innovation

If you’re a confident, knowledgeable clinician who can lead by example and elevate those around you, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and help us set the standard for outstanding complex community care.

If you are successful, you will have an initial phone screening followed by a two stage interview process, with the second interview at our head office in Northamptonshire.
