Are you a creative Visual Merchandiser with a strong commercial mindset? Do you enjoy translating brand vision into compelling store design and engaging in-store experiences? This is a newly created opportunity for a Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager to own and deliver permanent and promotional VM strategy across a fast-growing beauty retail footprint. You’ll translate global guidelines into locally relevant, high-impact executions that drive sales, elevate brand presence and create standout customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement permanent store design and visual merchandising strategy aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Manage VM and store design projects end to end, from creative brief to in-store execution.
- Create visually impactful VM solutions to optimise product visibility across existing stores and new openings.
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring luxury standards, timely delivery and budget control.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Education teams to support launches, campaigns and events.
- Educate and coach store teams on visual standards and merchandising techniques.
- Analyse sales data to assess the impact of visual merchandising and store design initiatives.
- Own and manage VM and Capex budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in store design and visual merchandising within beauty or luxury retail.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creativity and budget control.
- Confident using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- A clear communicator, comfortable influencing internal teams and external stakeholders.
