Key Responsibilities:- Embed scientific strategy and rigour into end-to-end product development
- Provide internal scientific guidance, advising on formulation, efficacy and clinical relevance
- Translate complex science into actionable insights for non-technical teams
- Manage external partners including dermatologists, testing labs and research institutions
- Oversee clinical and user testing programmes, interpreting and communicating results
