In this exciting role, you’ll shape innovative olfactive concepts that inspire customers and win briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create commercially successful, high quality fragrances that deliver customer briefs
- Develop innovative scent concepts using strong technical knowledge and creative flair
- Modify formulations to meet end use applications, regulations, and cost requirements
- Apply GC MS insights to enhance creative development
- Build and maintain a raw material database in collaboration with technical teams
- Work closely with perfumers, evaluators, sales, marketing and applications
- Present fragrance creations to customers, representing the business with confidence
- Support junior perfumers with training on raw materials and formulation techniques
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a senior level Perfumer
- Trained through a recognised perfumer school (e.g. ISIPCA or equivalent)
- Strong creativity paired with solid technical and regulatory understanding
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English
