Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with major garden centre groups across the UK.
- Own commercial performance across key high street and specialist retail accounts.
- Develop and deliver joint business plans aligned to customer and brand objectives.
- Lead negotiations on listings, promotions, pricing and terms.
- Identify new opportunities to expand range, distribution and visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and product teams.
- Track performance against KPIs, forecasts and budgets.
- Look for new potential retailers
- Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience selling into garden centres is essential.
- Proven success managing key accounts within gift, toiletries or FMCG.
- Experience working with high street retailers alongside specialist channels.
- Confident negotiator with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
