Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the brand’s organic social media plans across all platforms
  • Schedule and publish content aligned to launches, campaigns and the wider brand calendar
  • Activate influencer and creator programmes across seeding, partnerships and campaigns
  • Coordinate social and influencer coverage for key PR events and brand moments
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, managing gifting, briefs and content delivery
  • Support on content creation, ensuring assets are optimised for organic and paid performance
  • Monitor performance and trends, sharing insights to inspire optimisation and growth

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media within beauty, luxury or fashion
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise paid social campaigns
  • Skilled in video editing and short-form content creation (TikTok, Reels, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
  • Highly creative, analytical and confident working in an agile, founder-led brand
