- Design for mass manufacture across plastic, metal and glass components.
- Translate creative intent into validated, production‑ready designs.
- Apply DfMA, FMEA and tolerance stack‑up analysis to optimise performance.
- Prepare and validate technical drawings for tooling, costing and production.
- Support tooling qualification, sampling, testing and FAIR reviews.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering and project teams.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working to demanding timelines.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Product or Packaging Engineering (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in packaging or product engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of liquid packaging systems and assemblies.
- Cross‑material expertise in plastic, metal & glass is essential.
- Confident working with high‑volume manufacturing and quality validation.
