My client are a Specialist Façade Contractor, who also work as a Principle Contractor on remediation projects. Projects typically range in value from £500K to £5M, with larger-scale exceeding £10M. The Role - Designer (Cladding)
- Previous experience in cladding is essential.
- My client are currently seeking a Designer to join their established team of three designers, their projects are all within Liverpool (very close to each other).
Duties:
- Produce cladding construction detail drawings.
- Prepare elevation, plan, fire barrier, and site investigation drawings.
- Panel and sub-grid setting-out drawings.
- Material take-offs and coordination with the Commercial team.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and photo records.
Location: Liverpool
Site/Office attendance: Minimum three times per week
