Project across London and the home counties. HQ based in Herts/Essex border. The Role - Flat Roofing or Cladding Reporting into a proactive, friendly Estimating Director, you will be responsible for: * Prepare tenders for various types of contractors including tier 1’s. * Undertaking accurate take offs and preparing detailed scope mark-ups (bluebeam) * Calculating rates including labour, material costs, overheads and profit * Client bills of quantities and pricing schedules * Assisting the estimating director with reviewing enquiry documents thoroughly * Attending meetings and negotiating with clients * Demonstrate their wide range of experience and knowledge in CWCT tested rainscreen cladding solutions, structural framing systems and cavity barrier system * Excel, Word, Outlook and Bluebeam.
