This role is based on a prestigious £20m new-build property located in the exclusive Wentworth Estate, Virginia Water. The project is currently at its early stages, with the site cleared and ready for construction. This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in the financial management of a landmark development, working on a completely bespoke, high-value property.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, managing, and reporting on project budgets and cost plans.
- Procuring and managing subcontractor packages, ensuring value for money and quality.
- Conducting cost analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure financial objectives align with the construction programme.
- Providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the super prime residential or high-end residential sector.
