My client are looking for an M&E Supervisor / Installer to join the team in Southampton.
- Coordinate reinstatement of plumbing and electrical systems following strip-out works.
- Ensure all reinstated services align with existing main incoming connections.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to schedule and oversee activities.
- Maintain accurate records of works and report progress to the project manager.
- Verify quality and compliance of plumbing and electrical installations during re-fit.
This role can be permanent or freelance (12-18 months).
