- Project Quantity Surveyor – c.£30m Ultra Luxury Hotel
Our first client is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a £30m project involving the refurbishment and part new build of a luxury hotel near Yeovil. This is a substantial, high quality project and would suit a QS with solid main contracting experience and with expertise in high end hotels or Super Prime residential projects. - Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Large Private Residence
Our second client is delivering a large private residence including extensive landscaping and external works. They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the existing SQS who is based on site. This would suit an AQS with around 1–2 years’ experience looking to develop their commercial career on a high quality project.
Both roles offer the opportunity to work on high quality projects in the South West, with genuinely well run businesses. If you’re a Project QS or AQS considering your next move and would like to discuss either opportunity in confidence, please get in touch.
