An established and growing interiors contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London. Specialising in drylining, partitioning, suspended ceilings, glazing, joinery and CAT A/CAT B office fit-outs, the company delivers projects for some of the UK’s leading main contractors and workplace specialists.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who is confident running fast-paced interior fit-out projects and coordinating multiple trades on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day site operations on commercial interior fit-out projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring programme deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety checks
  • Liaising with clients, main contractors and senior management teams
  • Managing materials, logistics and site documentation
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial interiors or fit-out
  • Strong knowledge of drylining, partitions, ceilings and interior finishes
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight programmes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates essential
  • Stable work history with fit-out or interiors contractors preferred
