Site Manager x3 – Prime & Super Prime Residential
to £75k + Benefits | London
We are working with highly respected main contractors in the Prime and Super Prime residential sector seeking to appoint experienced site managers with expertise in delivering Prime Residential projects.
Please note that proven experience in Prime or Super Prime residential refurbishment is prerequisite for these opportunities.
Site Manager – Embankment
£50k-£60k + bens
Main contractor with a strong portfolio of high end residential refurbishments across London’s prime postcodes. They have been established for many years but are successfully transitioning into taking on larger projects (£2m-£10m) having traditionally focused on work in the £1m-£2m range. With several new projects secured for starts over the next 6 months they are a robust option for career development and stability.
The initial project the succesul site will manage is a £3m refurbishment and fit out of a high end penthouse near the Thames.
Site Manager / APM – Mayfair
£60k-£75k + bens
Super Prime Residential specialist main contractor, delivering a flagship £30m+ single dwelling contract for an UHNW private client.
Seeking a site manager to deliver the back of house elements of the project with the potential to assist the project manager with PM and SSM duties in the main house.
Excellent opportunity to focus on delivery of your section of the project with the potential to step up into project management duties on the wider project with the support and guidance of a highly experienced PM.
Site Manager – Mayfair
