The opportunity: * Working out of their Head Office, you will be site based on a Super Prime residential project. * Working with some of the country\’s best subcontractors, consultants and architects delivering a truly magnificent property. * Seeking candidates with a stable career history and 10 – 15 years of experience managing high-quality residential refurbishment/build (single dwelling) projects ranging from £5m+ in contract value. * Candidates will ideally have a carpentry trade background, however this is not essential. * This is a permanent position, and they are looking for candidates who are seeking a long-term role to assist on further future work in the region. * They invest heavily in their team and provide opportunity for continual challenge and growth, within a culture that promotes wellbeing and job satisfaction.
