Job Description
Site Manager | High End Residential
Location: Winchester, Hants
Salary: £50,000–£60,000, depending on experience
We’re working with a well established, private construction company delivering high end residential and commercial projects along the South Coast. With a strong pipeline of live projects, including heritage, listed building, and new builds, they’re looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join their expanding team.
Please note that extensive experience of Prime Residential builds delivering projects for HNW private clients is prerequisite for this role.

Your Role:
- Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
- Deliver projects to the highest quality, actively managing programmes via MS Project alongside the visiting Contracts Manager.
- Maintain health & safety compliance and ensure all building regulations are met.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams, providing strong client coordination and technical oversight.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in high end residential projects.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Confident reading drawings and managing technical details.
- "A Driver" actively driving the build to schedule.
- Carpentry background preferred, degree-qualified candidates considered.
