Job Description
Site Manager – Super Prime Residential
Surrey
5/6 day shift to include every weekend.
£65k–£80k + Bens
A main contractor known for delivering super prime residential refurbishments is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a major country home project in Surrey.
The successful candidate will be part of a large team with responsiblity for the day-to-day management of trades, subcontractors, and site operations on a complex, high-value refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily site activity and progress against programme
- Managing health & safety, quality, and compliance
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Liaising closely with the Project Manager and client representatives
Requirements
- Experience managingluxury residential refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and finishing standards
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
