Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-value residential projects to the very highest standards? I’m currently working with a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of complex, design-led residential projects, ensuring exceptional quality, programme, and health.
The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the exceptional standards expected within the super prime residential sector. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and specialist trades while maintaining quality, programme, and client satisfaction throughout.
