Senior Site Manager β Kettering, Northamptonshire Start Date: October 2025 | Duration: 24 Weeks We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a high-profile project based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This is a hands-on role within an operational manufacturing warehouse, overseeing the construction of a panelled composite 2-hour fire-rated wall, along with electrical and fire alarm works and the installation of structural steelwork. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times. * Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. * Act as the primary client contact, maintaining professional and proactive communication. * Lead and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors effectively. * Attend regular on-site progress meetings with the production manager and provide accurate reports on progress. * Maintain site documentation, including daily logs, safety inspections, and quality control records. Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience managing complex construction projects in operational or live environments. * Knowledge of fire-rated wall construction, structural steelwork, and electrical/fire alarm systems. * Strong health & safety expertise and commitment to safe working practices. * Excellent client-facing and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Relevant construction qualifications and certifications are preferred.
