Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential
Surrey
£80k–£105k + pension + healthcare
An established main contractor specialising in super prime residential refurbishment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a grand country home in Surrey.
The project involves extensive refurbishment and extension works to the main house and ancillary buildings.

The Role
- Reporting to the Commercial Director
- Overseeing all commercial aspects of the project from procurement to final account
- Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
- Working closely with the project delivery team to maintain cost control and ensure best value
Requirements
- Experience with high end residential projects (ideally £20m+)
- Strong understanding of 2-stage tender processes
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Location & Package
- 3–4 days per week on site in Surrey
- Salary: £90k–£110k + pension + healthcare
