The Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join the team on a hybrid working basis (x2 from home).
- Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
- Manage commercial aspects of cladding and façade projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and managing variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements.
- Adapting commercial strategies to maintain programme and protect margins.
- Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
