Company: My client are a reputable commercial fit out contractor specialising in drylining, ceilings, partitions packages ranging up to £5m in value. They have been trading for over 35 years mainly covering London, Essex, Suffolk, & Norfolk areas. They cover the full internal fit out package including CAT A & B across commercial, residential, leisure, education, & healthcare. They are seeking a quantity surveyor with specific experience in the drywall/fit out experience.
Role: Your role as the senior quantity surveyor would be helping with the commercial team on various projects. You would help with CVRs, BoQs, surveying, cost analysing, variations, take offs, and monthly/annual cost reporting.
Requirements:
- 3 years + as a quantity surveyor
- 3 years + in the interiors sector, ideally on drywall, ceiling, and partition packages.
- Great communication skills
- A degree or equivalent in the commercial management/quantity surveying would be ideal but not essential.
