The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join them in London. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
- Manage commercial aspects of cladding and façade projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and managing variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements.
- Adapting commercial strategies to maintain programme and protect margins.
- Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
This role offers the opportunity to lead on complex façade projects, with strong career progression. Candidates will live in a commutable distance to the HQ, working from the office, sites and home.
