Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Contractor Mixed Use New Build, £200m Earls Court, London To £100k + £5k car allowance + full benefits package About the Company My client is a leading main contractor specialising in large-scale phased regeneration schemes and building homes, offices, educational, healthcare, and leisure facilities. Having firmly established themselves as a Tier 1 UK Contractor the business has enjoyed continued growth, have strong financials, and have an exceptional forward order book of major projects in The Capital. The Project Residential Led, Mixed Use new build project, £200m Seven new build blocks to over 30 storeys, providing over 400 apartments as well as commercial and retail space. This is a particularly complex and technically challenging project with extensive alteration and reinforcement of an existing subterranean live structure, above which some of the blocks will be built. About the Role My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on projects of £50m+, being part of a collaborative commercial and construction team. You will be the Commercial Lead on this project on site and will have responsibility for other Quantity Surveyors. You will need to have prior experience of RC Frame Residential new build projects.
