My client are currently looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager, for a large project in Southampton. You will need to have a background in Major Refurbishment, with full residential fit out projects.
Works period 12 months design and build, with a possible other building added to extend it to 18 months approx (70 apartments with some retail on ground level).
- Develop and manage project programmes and timelines.
- Control budgets and monitor costs.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
