Senior Projects Manager – High End Joinery & Fit Out – UK\\nCompany:\\nMy company is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with a reputation for excellence and innovation and an international track record of achievement within a broad range of sectors including marine, luxury hotels, prime residential and commercial.\\nRole:\\nMy client are looking for an experienced project manager who would be based full time on London projects. With the initial project being based in the City of London on a £10m fit out of a mixed used commercial/leisure unit.\\nWhat they are looking for:\\nThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience leading project delivery within the interior fit-out industry and a third level construction related qualification. Candidates must have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills along with strong contract knowledge and commercial acumen.
Experience of delivering marine fit-out projects is desirable, but not essential.
