My client are Specialist Subcontractor, with a reputable name in the industry. The company are expanding at an impressive rate in a carefully controlled manner. Having an established presence over many years, they have attracted investment and are now poised for an exciting period of expansion, giving rise to genuine career development opportunities. HQ based near Romsey, with projects in the South Coast.

Working closely with the Estimating Manager, you will be supporting tendering and pre‑construction activity. You’ll prepare accurate cost estimates, evaluate drawings and specifications, and work closely with the design, commercial and project teams to ensure competitive, well‑evaluated submissions.

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade systems such as rainscreen cladding, SFS and insulation‑based solutions
  • Reviewing tender documents, drawings and technical specifications.
  • Working with in‑house design teams to develop compliant and value‑engineered proposals.
  • Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
