1) Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor - West End and West London

£70k to £90k + bens

Established brand name in the Prime Residential sector. Turnover in excess of £30m.

Very well respected team who are undergoing significant growth, bucking the trend securing a significant volume of new projects.

A genuine opportunity for career growth in line with planned future expansion.

  • Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS with responsibility for one to two Super Prime residential projects in London.
  • Office based with regular site visits.

2) Senior Quantity Surveyor - Chelsea

to £450/day (happy to engage via Ltd Co)

  • To manage a project upwards of £15m contract value. Bespoke single dwelling refurbishment.
  • Great opportunity to work for a close knit team on some of London's highest spec projects.
  • Long term opportunity within the business with the benefits of day rate engagement

3) Project or Senior QS - Berkshire/Buckinghamshire

£70k to £90k + bens

Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist. One of the top 3 main contractors operating in this niche sector.

  • Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a Super Prime residential project on the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire border.
  • Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.

4) Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor – SW London

£40k to £70k + bens

  • Established Prime Residential main contractor with an excellent reputation and a trading history dating back to the early 1990s.
  • Projects include high end refurbishments and new builds across Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia, Fulham, Wimbledon and Holland Park, typically valued up to £4.5m.
  • Seeking either an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to progress or an intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
